A man from her neighborhood pretends to propose marriage, but his real aim is to get close to her beautiful young daughter. He exploits the helpless family for his own gain.
Other main characters include Raja, Shami, and Nosha, teenagers from underprivileged families. Nosha works at a motor workshop and steals from the shop for small profits. Raja works with a beggar and lives in an abandoned building. Shami occasionally helps at his father’s small shop. The trio engages in stealing and gambling to make money.
Meanwhile, another group of characters is committed to ending poverty and educating slum dwellers. They form an organization to help the poor. Realizing they need power to make a significant impact, they decide to participate in elections. However, their efforts are thwarted by those who prioritize their interests over the welfare of the deprived.
